Alterations and additions to existing Firehouse. Scope of work includes gut rehabilitation of existing facility including selective demolition, exterior finishes, new roof structure, and interior finishes. New Building scope includes piles, pile cap and grade beam foundation, underpinning, load bearing masonry and pre-cast concrete plank, wood truss roof system, custom overhead garage doors, interior fit-up, full MEP and fire sprinkler including truck exhaust system.
