Erbograph Apartments, 146th Street
Scope of work includes remediation of contaminated soils, rock excavation, underpinning, soldier piles and lagging and dewatering. Building construction includes reinforced concrete, load bearing CMU precast concrete plank, brick masonry veneer, TPO roof, architectural cast stone, glass and glazing, full MEP systems and interior finishes. This project is slated to receive LEED Silver Certification from the USGBC. LEED points were awarded to this project for a variety of items such as:
