Completed 11,2004:  Interior alteration of existing Dining, Bar and Locker Room Facilities. Scope of work included demolition of existing space, new window openings, exterior framing, roofing, exterior trim, interior custom millwork including crown, base, wainscotting, custom fabricated doors, paneling, custom paint finishes, wall coverings, exterior bead board ceilings. Cut stone veneer, custom granite tops, replacement of existing mechanical and electrical systems. The above scope of work was completed in a compressed schedule of two-three week phases.

Scope of work includes structural steel, modifications to facilitate construction of squash court, custom skylights and carport.Scope of work also includes custom millwork fabricated in solid cherry wood, construction of locker room facilities, new kitchens and bathrooms in addition to new mechanical and electrical systems, and all interior finishes incorporated in standard office fit up work.
