We have attained a first class reputation for restoring older structures as a result of our experience in rehabilitating over 130 buildings in the region.

Children's Village, administration buildingThis reputation is based on the utilization of aggressive scheduling, cost containment and underlying appreciation for the aesthetic of the original structure.

Some of our notable rehabilitation projects include a 70,000 square foot Administration Building for Children's Village, the Tappan Hill Catering Facility Volunteers of America, Westchester Homeless Shelter under construction.in Tarrytown, the Vanderlip Estate in Scarborough, the Chart House Restaurant, medical facilities for Yonkers General Hospital, and the 100,000 square foot Westchester County homeless shelter, currently under construction.

In all of these historic structures, their original beauty has been restored or enhanced, and they have become and remain a valuable, functional resource.

WESTCHESTER ARTS COUNCIL White Plains,NY
In Progress 2002036Alteration and restoration of the existing nine-story masonry building of the Westchester Arts Council. Renovation to the 3636 sq. ft. ground floor gallery and mezzanine level includes asbestos remediation, selective demolition, structural steel, ornamental railings, drywall construction, acoustical panels, window restoration, mechanical shade systems, ADA restroom, new roofing, electrical, fire safety and mechanical systems., Exterior rehabilitation includes power-washing and repointing of brick, granite and limestone. Painting/glazing of windows throughout the entire building and removal of unused electrical devices, lighting fixtures and conduit.

Completed 10,2003: Alterations and additions to existing Firehouse. Scope of work includes gut rehabilitation of existing facility including selective demolition, exterior finishes, new roof structure, and interior finishes. New Building scope includes piles, pile cap and grade beam foundation, underpinning, load bearing masonry and pre-cast concrete plank, wood truss roof system, custom overhead garage doors, interior fit-up, full MEP and fire sprinkler including truck exhaust system.

VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA Valhalla,NY
In Progress 2002004Alterations and additions to existing Bureau of Supply Building located on the Grasslands Campus in Valhalla, New York. The proposed use is a 190 bed temporary housing facility including commercial kitchen facilities and administrative offices. The scope of work includes ACM abatement, selective demolition, shoring, masonry restoration, structural and miscellaneous steel, structural steel stud, pre-cast concrete plank and EPDM roof. Interior construction includes metal stud partitions, slab cutting, installation of new conveyance system, elevators, window replacement, bathroom facilities.

Completed 22,1994: Gut rehabilitation of 25,000 square foot, existing steel story frame building. Scope of work includes structural steel, modifications to facilitate construction of squash court, custom skylights and carport.Scope of work also includes custom millwork fabricated in solid cherry wood, construction of locker room facilities, new kitchens and bathrooms in addition to new mechanical and electrical systems, and all interior finishes incorporated in standard office fit up work.

Completed 22,1998: 1995019BUILDING A: Rehabilitation of 40,000 square foot load bearing masonry structure utilized as a school administrative headquarters. Scope of work includes demolition, shoring, concrete, masonry construction/restoration, structural steel, new L.V.L. and truss joist floor systems throughout, miscellaneous metals, cold formed metal roof framing, limestone repair/restoration, brick pointing, standing seam and EPDM roof, hydraulic elevator, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, commercial kitchen and servery, and all interior fit up trades.
BUILDING B: New steel and concrete fire proof medical facility for the treatment and care of the residents of Children's Village. Scope of work includes general sitework consisting of excavation, rock removal, site drainage etc., concrete foundation/retaining walls, structural steel frame, bar joists, metal deck, miscellaneous metals, EPDM roof, EIFS, medical gases and plumbing, kitchens, nurses call systems, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, emergency generator, all interior fit up trades.
