The scale of these projects varies from a 19 unit affordable housing project (financed by the Homeless Housing Assistance Program) to a 90 unit luxury condominium development.
Lasberg Construction Associates depth of experience in multi-family housing has included assisting owners with all phases of the project from regulatory approvals and design management to construction and final project marketing.

In Progress 67,500 S.F. 4 story mixed use project consisting of 54 Residential apartment units and 10,000 S.F.of Commercial Retail space constructed on a Brownfield site. Scope of work includes Brownfield remediation, pile and grade beam foundation, load bearing CMU with pre-cast concrete plank and structural steel stud in-fill framing. Exterior finishes include brick veneer, pre-cast concrete trim, cementitous siding and EPDM roof. Interior work includes all apartment build outs and commensurate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and conveyance systems.

Completed 11,2002: Construction of a new Day Care Facility for the care of children from infants to pre-school, as well as an area for seniors. The structure is approximately 30,000 square feet, one and a half story, building designed to look and feel like a residential home. The building will feature administration offices, infant care rooms, toddler and pre-school areas, large interior play area, court yard, senior area with sun room, play ground, Industrial Kitchen, and an after school art room and library. Completed 22,2004: Three story apartment building with Village operated Senior Center on first floor. Extensive site work including soldier beams and lagging, seismic monitoring, foundation bracing, rock removal, and miscellaneous site improvements. Building is three story steel frame, bar joist and metal deck with concrete floors. Metal roof trusses, plywood roof decking with asphalt and EPDM roofing. Exterior is structural steel stud and dens-glass sheathing backup with brick masonry veneer, cast stone sills and decorative cast stone architraves. Interior construction includes typical residential unit construction, commercial kitchen, elevator, and interior fit-up of Senior Center.

| Completed 15,1999: 8000 Square Foot, Single Family Residence. Scope of work includes excavation and site preparation, storm water retention system, pavers and stone terraces. Building construction is cast in place concrete, truss joist floor systems, laminated veneer lumber and conventional framing. Interior finishes include marble, granite, and brick ceramic tile and oak floors. Mechanical system is 6-zone hydro-air system with humidification. Electrical work includes 400 amp service, fire/smoke/alarm system, lighting and power wiring.

Scope of work includes demolition, shoring, concrete, masonry construction/restoration, structural steel, new L.V.L. and truss joist floor systems throughout, miscellaneous metals, cold formed metal roof framing, limestone repair/restoration, brick pointing, standing seam and EPDM roof, hydraulic elevator, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, commercial kitchen and servery, and all interior fit up trades. BUILDING B: New steel and concrete fire proof medical facility for the treatment and care of the residents of Children's Village. Scope of work includes general sitework consisting of excavation, rock removal, site drainage etc., concrete foundation/retaining walls, structural steel frame, bar joists, metal deck, miscellaneous metals, EPDM roof, EIFS, medical gases and plumbing, kitchens, nurses call systems, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, emergency generator, all interior fit up trades.
