Jefferson House Apartments
Gut rehabilitation of fire damaged, 7 story, 91 unit apartment building. Due to the fire and water damage the structure incurred, the top floor of masonry was removed and replaced, and a new structural steel stud roof system was installed. Scope of work included complete gut of all apartments, replacement of floor joists, complete MEP systems, new EPDM roof, all new interior partition framing, interior finishes including kitchens, ceramic baths, drywall, wood strip flooring, VCT, new windows, finish carpentry/running trim, storefront glazing, architectural millwork, security and ADA access, new entry canopy, brick and cast stone.
