Construction of a new Day Care Facility for the care of children from infants to pre-school, as well as an area for seniors. The structure is approximately 30,000 square feet, one and a half story, building designed to look and feel like a residential home. The building will feature administration offices, infant care rooms, toddler and pre-school areas, large interior play area, court yard, senior area with sun room, play ground, Industrial Kitchen, and an after school art room and library. The facility incorporates four sub-surface drainage basins into the landscaping plan to meet watershed requirements.
