Gut renovation of existing 60,000. Square foot clubhouse and construction of a 2-story steel frame addition. Work includes: demolition, site work, concrete, masonry and stone work, structural steel, spray on fireproofing, structural steel stud framing, custom millwork, extensive mouldings and interior trimwork, flat and shingle roofing, doors, windows, interior finishes, elevator, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
