Fast track, gut rehabilitation of 40,000 square foot stone Gothic mansion overlooking the Hudson River. Conversion to commercial catering operation. Scope of work included all trades from sitework, structural steel, concrete and mechanical trades, custom millwork, marble flooring, finish carpentry, and faux finishes. new commercial kitchen, bathroom facilities, corporate offices, outdoor entertainment spaces. This project was executed on a fast track basis and all work was completed within 5 months of commencement.
