Historical restoration to existing 9 story masonry building in White Plains, New
York. Scope of work included restoration of brick/limestone exterior, windows and
other glazing components. Interior work included renovation of 5,500 SF banking room
for use as an art gallery. Scope of work included restoration of decorative plaster
ceiling including replication of missing elements. Restoration of marble flooring,
installation of new structural steel and concrete mezzanine level clad in stainless
steel with custom bronze railing. Scope also included radius open riser stainless
staircase with limestone stair treads, custom mahogany built-
