New construction of 18,000 square foot gymnastics training facility. Extensive sitework including 30 foot high retaining walls, and new storm water drainage system. Building construction was slab on grade, steel frame, block masonry infill with metal roof deck and rubber roof system. Fully sprinklered, with mechanical and plumbing systems serving locker rooms, kitchen, aerobic, dance and observation areas.
